WESTWOOD, Calif. (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV men's and women's diving teams collected two top-10 finishes on Saturday's second day of the UCLA Bruin Diving Invitational at Spieker Aquatics Center.
THE RUNDOWN – MEN:
- Leading the Rebel men in back-to-back days, freshman
Evan Stingley finished in sixth place with an overall score of 599.15 on platform.
- Adding another Scarlet & Gray top-10 finish on platform, junior
Ronan Robinson landed in ninth place with an overall score of 560.55.
- Additionally, freshman
Aidan Favela rounded out the group with an 11th place finish (347.30).
THE RUNDOWN – WOMEN:
- In the 3-meter prelims, sophomore
Allyse Abbott placed 21st with an overall score of (238.25), while junior
Chelsey Dorosh placed 26th (224.70).
UP NEXT: The Rebel divers will conclude the Bruin Invitational with the men's 1-meter and women's platform Sunday with prelims starting at 10:30 a.m. PT.
