LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV women's golf team will open its spring at the Therese Hession Regional Challenge being hosted by Ohio State in Palos Verdes Estates, California, at Palos Verdes Golf Club (Par 71, 6,017 yards) from Sunday-Tuesday, Feb. 1-3.
THE FIELD: Among a stacked 16-team team field the Rebels will compete against, nine are ranked in the top 25 nationally, including No. 2 USC, No. 3 Oregon, No. 6 Florida, No. 7 Texas A&M, No. 9 Pepperdine, No. 11 Texas, No. 13 Arizona State, No. 18 South Carolina and No. 23 UCLA. The field also includes the host Buckeyes, Cal, Kansas, Miami, San Jose State and SMU.

SCHEDULE: The Scarlet & Gray will play 18 holes each day, with Sunday's first round starting at 9 a.m. PT off hole No. 1 and Monday's second round at 10:12 a.m. PT off hole No. 10. Wednesday's final round is set for a shotgun start at 8:15 a.m. PT.
