LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV women's soccer team (1-1) will kick off a Thursday doubleheader at Peter Johann Memorial with a 5:30 p.m. kickoff vs. UC San Diego (1-1). Following the match, UNLV men's soccer will take the field for an 8 p.m. contest.
In their last match, the Rebels secured their first victory and shutout of the season with a 1-0 win over Portland State. They will put their backline to test against a Tritons squad coming off a 4-2 win over Utah Tech in its last contest.
PURCHASE TICKETS: A ticket to either the women's or men's game is also valid for both matches. Season tickets to UNLV soccer games — $25 for seniors, faculty, staff and alumni and $35 for the general public — can be purchased at
UNLVTickets.com or by calling 702-739-3267. Single-game tickets are $6 per adult when purchased in advance of game day, $12 or $10 for seniors, faculty, staff and alumni at the door and free for kids in high school or younger.

- In their win over Portland State, fifth-year forward Kaitlin Taylor scored her first goal as a Rebel, sophomore defender Madison Encinas tallied her first career assist and sophomore goalkeeper Riley Hodson picked up her first career win and shutout.
- Hodson's six stops against the Vikings were the most she has made through two matches this season.
- Additionally, 11 total shots by the Rebel attack vs. PSU topped their six total shots in the season opener at Cal Poly.
- Along with earning her first win at the helm of the UNLV women's soccer program on Sunday, head coach Kacey Bingham notched her first Division I win.
