LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) — UNLV women's soccer sophomore forward Julia Salem earned her first Mountain West Offensive Player of the Week award, the conference announced Monday. This is the first weekly honor awarded to a player on the Rebel squad this season.

Originally from Fresno, California, Salem scored the game-winning goal in the 69th minute to lead the Rebels to a 3-2 win over Pacific. She also tallied an assist on the second UNLV goal vs. the Tigers to give her a career-high three points for the match.
