UNLV: A speedy, veteran presence in the backfield … Enters his senior season again listed No. 1 at the free safety position … A former walk-on defensive back who was awarded a scholarship during 2016’s preseason camp … Was later featured on ESPN Gameday’s annual feature reviewing how teams creatively surprise players with scholarships … Played under UNLV head coach Tony Sanchez when both were at national power Bishop Gorman.

2017: Started all 12 games at free safety … Fell just one short of reaching the 100-tackle mark … His 99 takedowns, including one TFL, led the squad … Forced two fumbles and broke up two passes on the year … His 8.3 tackles per game tied for 12th in the Mountain West and 62nd in the nation … Reached double-figures in five out of six games at one point, including a career-high 11 tackles at Air Force and vs. Hawai’i.

2016: Saw action in every game and finished 10th on squad with 25 total tackles … Posted the first three pass breakups of his career. 

2015: Earned his first letter as a Rebel by appearing in 11 of 12 games … Finished with five total tackles.

2014: Redshirted season.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2013 graduate of Bishop Gorman HS … Played as both a defensive back and wide receiver for the Gaels.
