Transitioned to first base for the first time in his career, producing one of his best seasons as the plate as a graduate student ... Honored as the lone first baseman on the ABCA/Rawlings West All-Region First Team, starting in all 52 games the Rebels played during the season ... Posted a career-high .372 batting average in 199 at bats, totaling 41 extra base hits inside his 74 hits overall on the season ... Honored on the All-Mountain West First Team, leading the conference in RBI (75), while also ranking in the conference's top-five batters in batting average (fourth), runs scored (second; 59), doubles (fourth; 20), home runs (second; 19) and total bases (second; 155) ...
