2014 - JUNIOR
Played in 48 games for the Rebels and has made 43 starts ... Had to deal with a reoccurring hamstring injury throughout the season ... Hit .292 and had six doubles, a triple and drove in 15 RBI ... Made two outfield assists: at Cal State Fullerton (March 18) and against UC Irvine (May 30) in the NCAA Regional ... Stole four bases and drew 17 walks during the season ... Recorded three hits twice: against San Diego State (March 22) and against New Mexico (April 26).
2013 SUMMER - RISING JUNIOR
Spent part of the summer with the Santa Barbara Foresters of the California Collegiate League.
2013 - SOPHOMORE
Appeared in 52 games and made 50 starts as a sophomore for the Rebels ... Hit .299 and led the team with 17 doubles ... Also recorded 33 RBI and five stolen bases ... Led the team with 30 walks on the year ... Named the Mountain West Player of the Week on May 13 following his performance against rival Nevada, Reno May 10-12 where he was 7-of-19 with seven RBI, six doubles and scored five runs ... Ranked third on the team with 23 multi-hit games, including five games with at least three hits ... Scored a season-high four runs against UC Riverside (April 16).
2012 - FRESHMAN
Appeared in 50 games for the Rebels, starting 38 as an outfielder, second basemen and as a pinch runner and hitter as a true freshman for UNLV ... Was named to the All-Mountain West Second Team as an outfielder ... Hit .311 with seven doubles, two triples and 16 RBI ... Went 3-of-6 at TCU, with two doubles and two runs scored, all season highs ...Finished the season on a 13-game hitting streak.
HIGH SCHOOL
Was a three-year letterman as an infielder and outfielder for Wakeland High School in Frisco, Texas ... Was an instrumental part of a Wolverine squad that was a state semi-finalist in 2010, where he had a batting average of .407 ... Was named to the all-district first team and the All-Texas State Tournament Team ... Raised his average to .431 during his senior year as his team finished with a 32-6 overall record and were district and regional champions ... Was named the 2011 All-District Defensive Player of the Year ... Finished the season with 14 doubles, six triples, six home runs, 40 RBI and 23 stolen bases ... Also played wide receiver during his junior year and earned state honors as a member of the All-State Academic Team.
