UNLV: A dual-threat signal-caller who was formerly committed to hometown UTEP before changing pledge to UNLV … A member of the UNLV Dean’s Honor List in spring 2025.

HIGH SCHOOL: An early graduate in December 2023 of Pebble Hills HS where he was a three-year starter under coach Mark Torres … Helped the Spartans to their first district title and playoff game in school history … As a senior, he led the Spartans to an 8-3 record by passing for 2,107 yards and 15 touchdowns to go with 886 rushing yards and 12 more scores … As a junior, he helped lead Pebble Hills to 10 wins, a District 1-6A title and a bi-district title win against Odessa Permian … Threw for 2,029 yards and 24 touchdowns to go with 453 rushing yards and nine more scores on the ground … Named the 2023 El Paso Times Player of the Year.
