UNLV: An outside linebacker from Texas who transferred in from Florida State and looks to earn significant playing time this fall.

2024: Appeared in 10 games. 

• Recorded one tackle in a victory over Utah State

2023: Appeared in four games (Bryant, at UNR, CSU and at FS) and was credited with one assist in the season-opener.

2022: Earned his first letter as a Rebel by appearing in three games (at USU, UNM, at SJSU) but did not record a stat … Went through his first spring practice with the Rebels after transferring.

FLORIDA STATE: Redshirted the 2021 season for the Seminoles of the ACC.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2021 graduate of Guyer HS … The former three-star linebacker prospect by 247Sports was rated the nation’s No. 41 outside linebacker and No. 94 overall prospect in the Lone Star State by 247Sports ... A three-year letterman who played five games as a senior, recording 40 tackles, one sack, three fumble recoveries, one forced fumble and one pass breakup while helping Wildcats secure district championship and advance to state playoffs … A first team all-district selection after helping lead Guyer to 14-2 record and 6A D-II state runner-up finish in 2019 with 63 tackles, including 4.0 for loss with one sack, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, two interceptions, one pass breakup and one blocked punt … Appeared in 11 games his sophomore season and made 14 tackles as Guyer advanced to the second round of state playoffs.

PERSONAL: Jordan Jakarri Eubanks was born in Miami, FL … The son of Sterling and Carolyn Eubanks … Has six siblings: Sterling Jr., Sterling III, Diondra, Alexis, Parker and Javae … His grandfather played quarterback at Xavier and in the Canadian Football League … In graduate school.
