HIGH SCHOOL: Played his sophomore and junior seasons at Long Beach Poly before transferring to St. John Bosco for his senior year in 2020 (season postponed) … Played both cornerback and receiver … During his junior campaign for Poly in 2019, recorded 25 tackles and 14 pass breakups … As a sophomore in 2018, collected 19 tackles, one interception and eight pass breakups … Also competed in track and field.  

PERSONAL: Kamren Joseph Blanton was born in Long Beach, CA … The son of Jacqueline Wright and Terence Blanton … Has three younger siblings, Terence III, Kaylin and Cassidy … Planning on majoring in communications at UNLV.
