UNLV: A former Division II standout who will again vie for starting duties this fall … After an intriguing debut season for the Rebels last fall, he had a strong spring and was listed No. 1 at one wideout spot … A 2022 Academic All-Mountain West honoree and member of the UNLV Dean’s Honor List in spring 2023.

2022: A midyear signee who competed in his first spring practice with the program … Earned his first letter as a Rebel by appearing in 10 games, including a trio of starts … Finished fifth on the team with 27 receptions for 209 yards and one touchdown … Caught at least one pass in nine games … Caught one pass for 23 yards at Cal in Week Two … Posted a season-best five grabs for 72 yards in a victory over New Mexico … Followed that up with three-catch, 55-yard performance at San Jose State that included a 14-yard touchdown thrown by Cameron Friel … Also added three receptions for 21 yards at Hawai’i.

ERSKINE COLLEGE: Spent three years at the independent program located in Due West, SC, which recently resurrected its football team after nearly 70 years … Earned AFCA Division II All-America Second Team honors in final season for the Flying Fleet. FALL 2021: Recorded 96 receptions for 1,133 yards and seven touchdowns in sophomore campaign … In his last game at Erskine in November 2021, hauled in a career-high 19 catches for 225 yards vs. Kentucky State. SPRING 2021: In redshirt freshman campaign, caught 54 passes for 661 yards and three touchdowns. 2020: Season postponed. 2019: Redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Ridgeview HS located in Columbia, SC … A three-year letterwinner under coach Perry Parks … Helped the Blazers go 15-8 over his final two seasons … Recorded 38 receptions, 632 yards and six touchdowns during prep career … Also competed in basketball and track and field … Won two state basketball championships … Earned all-region track and field honors.

PERSONAL: Senika McKie was born in Portsmouth, VA … Son of Wanda Mckie and Senia McKie … Has one older brother, James Smith … Majoring in multidisciplinary studies.
