Biography

PERSONAL: Tollestrup, a three-year letterwinner at Fernley High School under head coach Diane Chapin helped the Vaqueros to a 2024-25 3A State Championship and a 2023-24 3A State Runner-up finish. Tollestrup was named the 2024-25 3A Northern Nevada and North Eastern MVP after batting a. 647 on the season. In addition, she is a three-time 3A All-North, All-North East and 3All-State first team honoree. Tollestrup also ranks third in the nation for stolen bases, after collecting 74 in 2024-25. She also ranks ninth in the nation for runs scored with 80 last season. Tollestrup is also a three-year letterwinner in basketball.
