Participated in 103 sets for the Scarlet & Gray in her second season with the program across 28 matches … Averaged career-highs of 2.97 kills per set, totaling 306 kills on 823 total attacks … Was named the Mountain West Offensive Player of the Week (Sept. 15) after averaging 4.45 points per set (44.5 total points) to go along with 38 kills (3.8 k/set), 23 digs (2.3 d/set) and hit .250 overall at the Oregon State-hosted Asics Invitational ... Recorded 15 double-digit kill matches during the season, including a career-high 25 kills against Fresno State (Sept. 27) ... Picked up five double-doubles on the season, including a 14-kill, 14-dig outing against New Mexico (Oct. 16) where she hit .306 overall on two three errors ... Collected a career tying-high 20 digs against San Diego State (Oct. 18) ... Hit a season-best .236 overall, posted a career-high 26 assists and led the team with 35 service aces ... Ranked first in the Mountain West with 26 service aces in MW play and averaged the second-most service aces per set at 0.37 ... Selected to represent Peru on the Peru National Volleyball Team over the summer.

2024: Played in 102 sets for the Rebels in her first season with the program across 29 matches … Averaged 1.57 kills per set as an outside hitter for the program, totaling 160 on 482 total attacks … Recorded four double-digit dig matches during the season, picking up 1.70 per set … Held one of her best performances during the 3-1 win over San Jose State, slamming 11 kills on a .478 attacking percentage.

2023:
Named the 2023 VolleyMag National Player of the Year after finishing with a program record 374 kills while also breaking the FSW all-time record with 646 in her Buccaneer career ... She averaged 3.96 kills per set this season which ranked 6th nationally while finishing the season as one of just five players in the country to average 3.00 or more kills per set while hitting .300 on the year ... She racked up 13 double-doubles on the season including a career high 24 kill, 22 dig effort against Polk State that earned her NJCAA National Player of the Week honors ... Earned First Team All-Conference, First Team All-State, an NJCAA National Tournament All-Tournament Team selection and a 2023 First Team AVCA and NJCAA All-American set of awards..

2022: Alarcon started all 28 games for the Bucs on the outside in 2022, helping lead FSW to Suncoast Conference, FCSAA, and NJCAA National Championships ... She was a 2nd Team All-Conference selection averaging 2.99 kills and 2.57 digs per set for FSW while hitting .249 on the pin ... Had 16 matches of 10 or more kills on the season including a career high 19 in a midseason win over Seward County ... Saved her best for the big moments for the Bucs as a freshman, combining for 34 kills in back to back wins over Miami Dade to help FSW clinch the Suncoast Conference Championship and had double digit kills in all four Buccaneer matches at the NJCAA National Tournament to earn All-Tournament Team honors.  

High School: An accomplished player at the U-17 International level, Alarcon came to FSW from Lima, Peru where she attended Saco Oliveros High School ... She helped lead Peru to a South American Championship and was named one of the top attackers at the World Championships ... Led her club team, Tupac Amaru, to a national championships in the U18 category ... Won the school championships at Saco Oliveros in 2018.

Personal: Daughter of Rosa Romero and Carlos Alarcon.  She has two older sisters, Katerine and Lizbeth.
