LAS VEGAS - The UNLV Sports Marketing Department will offer ?Football 101? to the public on Monday, Aug. 30 at the Barron Hilton Auditorium in the Lied Athletic Complex.

The course, offered to ladies, will be taught by Linda Robinson, wife of UNLV head coach John Robinson, and Melanie in the Morning of Sunny 106.5. Special appearances will be made by News 13?s Robin Burke and Coach Robinson, who will present a short lecture on the X?s and O?s of football.

The event will run from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and will include cocktails and appetizers, lessons about football basics, raffles, prizes and a fashion show by Macy?s. It is open to the public and admission is free. For more information, call 895-UNLV.
