STANFORD, Calif. - The UNLV women's golf team struggled in the final round of the Peg Barnard Collegiate on Sunday, shooting 323 to fall to 13th place.
The Rebels (317-323-640) finished just one stroke behind Oregon State and Long Beach State.
Freshman Hwanhee Lee, who was just one stroke off the lead after Saturday's first round, fell into a tie for 26th place after a final-round 81 left her 10-over par.
The Rebels' best round of the day belonged to junior Erin Borcherts, who trimmed eight strokes off her first-round 85 to card a 77 on Sunday.
Christine Hentzner posted the squad's second-best individual finish, tying for 49th after shooting 83 on Sunday.
Rounding out the Rebel scores were Tina Mabanta (83-82-165), who tied for 62nd, and Autumn Monteiro (91-88-179), who placed 71st.
Washington (297-296-593) won the team title by six strokes while Southern California's Mikaela Parmlid (73-70-143) took medalist honors.
The Rebels conclude their regular season and head to Sunriver, Ore., to compete in the Mountain West Conference Championship on Monday, April 22 through Wednesday, April 24.
