Centenary finally broke the drought on a pair of free throws from Tori Alloway at the 6:15 mark. The Lady Rebels, who forced 20 turnovers in the first half, would take a 40-16 lead into the break.
UNLV kept up the defensive pressure in the second half, extending its lead to as high as 37 three times, the last on a layup from Shana Coleman at the 3:53 mark to make the score 75-38.
Junior transfer guard Nikki Hitchens also finished in double figures for the Lady Rebels with 12 points, while adding six rebounds and four steals.
