LAS VEGAS - Third-seeded Aniela Mojzis of North Carolina will take on unseeded Theresa Logar of Stanford in Sunday's singles final of the Freeman Memorial Women's Tennis Championships, which is being played at the Fertitta Tennis Complex on the campus of UNLV.

Logar rallied after losing her first set to upset the tournament's top seed, 13th-ranked Tammy Encinca of Tennessee, 1-6, 6-4, 6-0. Mojzis, ranked 34th nationally, ousted second seeded Alice Barnes of Stanford in the other semifinal, 6-2, 6-2.

After two rounds of singles Saturday, participants also turned in one round of main draw doubles. The doubles semifinals are set to begin at 10 a.m. Sunday with the singles final scheduled for 11 a.m. The doubles final will follow.

UNLV's efforts Saturday consisted of Claire Smith losing in the singles consolation brackets, 6-1, 6-3, to Tennessee's Ashley Robards, while the doubles team of Cindy Treber and Lisa Lester also fell. The Lady Rebel duo of Smith and Anne Clair Ortiz Luis will play a consolation doubles match Sunday.
