LAS VEGAS - The award-winning television show "Gametime with UNLV Hoops" that airs weekly on KLAS channel 8 in Las Vegas will begin its 2008-09 run this Sunday, Nov. 23.

This weekend's episode will be split with "Gametime with UNLV Football," which has been airing since the beginning of the football season. The show will be all basketball starting Nov. 30 and continue each Sunday through March 15. The 2008-09 season marks the 14th consecutive year that the basketball show has been on KLAS. Chris Maathuis joins UNLV men's basketball head coach Lon Kruger in the studio for a unique half-hour of game reviews, previews and program features.

The show airs Sundays on Las Vegas One (Cox Cable channel 19) at 9:30 p.m. and on channel 8 at 11:30 p.m. The show will also be rebroadcast on The Mtn., throughout the week and archived through the All-Access feature at UNLVRebels.com.
