LAS VEGAS - UNLV men's golfer Brett Kanda's bid for the 2009 U.S. Amateur title has ended in the round of 32 as he lost to Korea's Byeong-Hun An Thursday in the round of 32 at Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa, Okla.
