LAS VEGAS - The UNLV softball team will host two fall tournaments over the last two weekends of October at Eller Media Stadium, as well as, have an alumnae game on Nov. 7 and a family day/intrasquad game on Nov. 14.

The Rebels will welcome California Baptist Lancers, the 2009 NAIA national champion, and Cypress Chargers to Las Vegas for a two-day six-game tournament on Oct. 23-24. Each team will play a total of four games with UNLV opening things up with back-to-back affairs on Oct. 23 at 11:00 am and 1:15 pm. The Rebels play at 1:15 and 3:30 pm on the 24th.

Over Halloween weekend, the Rebels hope to treat themselves to a couple of wins against the College of Southern Nevada Coyotes and Southern Utah Thunderbirds. UNLV and SUU will play a total of three games apiece, while CSN will play four. The Rebels open up on Oct. 30 against CSN at 3:00 pm before taking the field for a pair on the 31st against CSN (1:15 pm) and SUU (3:30 pm).

The program will rekindle the UNLV Alumni Game on Nov. 7th at 12:00 pm.

The final date to remember is Nov. 14th, which is billed as "Family Day" and will feature an intrasquad game between the current Rebels.
