LAS VEGAS - The UNLV women, winners of five straight matches, enjoyed a 20-spot improvement in this week's Campbell's ITA College Tennis Rankings, coming in at 30th in the nation.

The Lady Rebels (8-2 overall) won three consecutive matches over the weekend against ranked opponents to earn their highest ranking since also reaching 30th on March 8, 2005.

UNLV will next face Denver on Friday beginning at 10 a.m. at the Fertitta Tennis Complex and then host No. 37 Pepperdine on Sunday at 10 a.m. Admission is free of charge to all UNLV tennis matches.
