LAS VEGAS -

The UNLV softball program has scheduled its "Showcase Skills" Camp for June 14 (9am to 4pm) at Eller Media Stadium. The one-day camp is intended for high-school aged girls and junior college players interested in playing softball at the NCAA Division I level and limited to 40 participants.

The camp is designed to help fine tune throwing, hitting, bunting, fielding mechanics, outfield play and base-running skills. The "Showcase" will also consist of skills and game evaluation, as well as an educational clinic with a Q&A session focused on the recruiting needs of an NCAA Division I athlete.
