LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - The UNLV women's golf team travels to Half Moon Bay, Calif., for its final regular-season tournament, the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate, before the season-ending Mountain West Conference Tournament.

The Rebels, ranked 46th in the latest Golfweek/Sagarin rankings, are one of eight teams ranked in the top 50 out of the 14-team field this week. Co-hosts UC Davis and Oregon, ranked 24th and 35th respectively, join No. 6 California, No. 27 Texas A&M, No. 29 Colorado, No. 32 Stanford and No. 41 Northwestern to round out the top-50 teams.

UNLV is coming off a 10th-place finish last week at the Battle at Rancho Bernardo, which featured 16 ranked teams in the field of 17. Senior Therese Koelbaek collected her highest finish of the season, tying for second place to lead the Rebels.

The Rebels have finished inside the top 10 in all but one tournament this season and look to maintain their strong play as of late heading into the post season.

Koelbaek, ranked No. 17 in the nation this week, recently picked up her third Mountain West Conference Golfer of the Month honor of the season, giving her six for her career, one of the all-time leader. Joining Koelbaek this week will be Alejandra Guacaneme, Katerina Prorokova, Ellis Kennan and Bethany Glassford.

The two-day tournament will kick off Monday with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. on the Ocean Course. The first and second rounds will be played Monday with Tuesday also featuring a shotgun start for the final round.
