UNLV Falls To Aztecs In Final Trip To San Diego

SAN DIEGO (AP) - Adam Dingwell threw for 231 yards and two touchdowns to lead San Diego State to a 24-13 victory against UNLV on Saturday night.

Adam Muema ran for 143 yards on 21 carries and Walter Kazee added 105 yards and a touchdown on 21 rushes for the Aztecs (6-3, 4-1 Mountain West). It was the second time this season both runners eclipsed 100 yards in the same game.

Tim Cornett ran for 127 yards and a touchdown for the Rebels (1-8, 1-3).

Dingwell threw touchdown tosses to Gavin Escobar (12 yards) in the second quarter and Colin Lockett (27 yards) in the third period. Escobar had 108 yards on four receptions.
