LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - UNLV junior midfielder Denali Murnan was named to the 2014 Mountain West All-Conference Women's Soccer second team, the league office announced on Tuesday.

Murnan, a native of Arvada, Colo., earns the first all-conference honor of her career. She made a successful return to the field this season after suffering a broken elbow in 2013. Thanks to a team-high tying four goals and a team-best four assists, she finished with 12 points this season to pace the Rebels. That included a pair of game-winners, the first in a 3-0 home victory over San Jose State on Oct. 5, and the lone goal in a 1-0 victory at Utah State on Oct. 24.

The Rebels finished the season with a 9-8-2 mark, and 4-6-1 in Mountain West play.
