LAHAINA, Hawaii (AP) - Derrick Jones Jr. had 26 points and 10 rebounds and Patrick McCaw added 25 points for UNLV which pulled away in the second half for a 93-73 victory over Chaminade on Tuesday in the consolation round of the Maui Jim Maui Invitational.

The Runnin' Rebels (4-1) will face No. 13 Indiana, which beat St. John's 83-73, for fifth place on Wednesday.

Chaminade, the Division II host school, stayed with UNLV for about 25 minutes before the Runnin' Rebels used their size and speed advantage to blow the game open.

Jones scored 10 points in a 14-2 run that gave UNLV a 54-43 lead with 12:43 to play. The Silverswords had one more run in them and they got within 59-54 on a 3-pointer by Kevin Hu with 10:24 left. But McCaw hit a 3 and Jones scored on a drive and the rout was on.

UNLV was coming off a 77-75 loss to UCLA in the first round while the Silverswords lost 123-72 to No. 5 Kansas in the opening round, their worst loss ever in the tournament.
