Oct. 6, 2016 TULSA, Okla. (UNLVRebels.com) - UNLV senior Jakob Amilon dropped his opening match Thursday in the Main Draw of singles at the 2016 St. Francis ITA Men's Tennis All-American Championships being hosted at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.
Amilon, ranked No. 124 in the nation, fell 7-5, 6-2 to Ohio State's 33rd-ranked Hugo Di Feo. The competition does not get any easier for Amilon as he will now move into the Consolation Draw and face 29th-ranked Julian Cash of Oklahoma State on Friday.
