LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - UNLV closed out its fall individual schedule on Sunday by picking up a few titles during the last day of the Rebel Tennis Women's Invitational at the Fertitta Tennis Complex.

Aiwen Zhu won the Flight Two singles championship by holding off Anna Rogers of North Carolina State, 6-4, 6-7, 6-3. Mercedes Lopez took the Flight Five final with a 6-2, 6-3 win over Solene Crawley of Colorado State.

In doubles play, Paola Artiga and Anna Bogoslavets took the Flight Two crown by getting by Eva Paalma and Domenica Gonzales of Texas A&M, 8-6. Also, Mercedes Lopez and Jovana Kenic won the Flight Three final, 8-0, over Colorado State's Sandra Keta and Solene Crawley.

Joining the Rebels at the event were competitors from Texas A&M, SMU, Purdue, North Carolina State, Arizona and Mountain West Conference rival Colorado State.

UNLV will next be in action when its hosts the elite Freeman Memorial Championships on January 13-16.
