Sept. 21, 2016 LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - The UNLV football game against Idaho on Saturday night will be broadcast live on Twitter, thanks to a partnership between the Campus Insiders (including the Mountain West) and and the social media giant. It will be the seventh Mountain West game this season which has been simulcast on the platform.

The official hashtag for the broadcast is:#UNLVvsIDAHO. Be sure to follow @UNLVAthletics and @MountainWest on Twitter for more information leading up to the game.
Twitter introduced their app earlier this month that is available on Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and Xbox One for streaming video. The free app features live streaming video available to Twitter and other content such as top tweets and top global Vines and Periscopes. Anyone with those devices, regardless of whether they have a Twitter account or pay TV subscription, can enjoy the experience.
Exclusively on Apple TV, viewers can enjoy live premium video and check out Tweeted video clips through a seamless side-by-side video experience.
Calling the game, which will be a UNLV production on the Mountain West Network by Campus Insiders, will be Tony Cordasco and former Rebel quarterback Caleb Herring. Fans will also be able to access the game on UNLVRebels.com, TheMW.com/watch-live and CampusInsiders.com. Kickoff between the Rebels and the Vandals is set for 6 p.m. PT.
