TULSA, Okla. (UNLVRebels.com) - UNLV senior Alexandr Cozbinov lost in three sets in the first round of singles in the main draw at the 2017 St. Francis ITA Men's Tennis All-American Championships being hosted at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.

Cozbinov, facing the nation's No. 18 player, lost the first set before taking the second in a tiebreaker but ultimately fell 6-4, 6-7, 6-1 to Julian Cash of Oklahoma State

Cozbinov moves into the consolation draw and will face Texas Tech's Artem Kapshuk Friday in the Round of 32.
