Rebels Release Spring Schedule

LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - UNLV women's soccer has released its 2018 spring schedule, announced head coach Chris Shaw Tuesday.

The Rebels will play eight games between February 21 and April 28, with seven of them being played in Las Vegas. UNLV will kick things off on Wednesday, February 21, hosting the England-based Bolton squad at 6 p.m. at Peter Johann Memorial Field. On two separate dates - March 10 and March 17 - the schedule features multiple games, with Grand Canyon and Weber State participating on March 10 at a field off campus and Utah Valley, CSUN and BYU playing on March 17 at UNLV's home field. The Rebels then have single games against Southern Utah and Arizona Christian on April 14 and April 28, respectively, before wrapping up the spring slate on the road at Long Beach State on April 28.

UNLV finished the 2017 campaign with a 13-7 record and recently signed nine new members to its 2018 recruiting class. The Scarlet and Gray will also have five new faces competing this spring as they welcomed four transfers and one high school early enrollee -- all Las Vegas natives - to campus in January.
