LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV men's tennis team is still undefeated at home this season after posting a 7-0 victory over NAU Monday afternoon at the Fertitta Tennis Complex.
The Rebels improved to 8-1 overall and 7-0 in Las Vegas while the Lumberjacks fell to 3-6.
The hosts took a 1-0 led by taking two of three doubles matches. UNLV then won four straight-setters in singles before finishing off the sweep with two super-tiebreaker triumphs.
NET NOTES: This marked the Rebels' first shutout of an opponent in 2019 … The match was originally scheduled to be played last Friday before wintry weather in the Valley forced the change ... The bottom half of UNLV's lineup remained undefeated in dual matches this season as freshman
Milos Dabic improved to 3-0, sophomore

REBEL OF THE MATCH: Olle Thestrup teamed with
Jordan Sauer to win 6-2 on the second court in doubles and rallied to defeat Tim Handel, 2-6, 6-4, 1-0 (10-6), at the top of the singles lineup.
