SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV men's tennis team, continuing to be plagued by bad weather conditions in the Golden State, played a shorted neutral-site match Saturday and lost to Denver, 4-1, on the campus of Cal Poly.
With the threat of more rain the area, the teams started with singles and ultimately never got to doubles play.
The Rebels fell to 8-3 while the Pioneers improved to 6-5.
REBEL OF THE MATCH: Jordan Sauer continued his strong play in dual matches this season by scoring his team's only point, downing Pedro Del Valle, 7-5, 6-3, at the third spot.
