Kobelt Rolls On In Wisconsin

MILWAUKEE (UNLVRebels.com) – New UNLV men's tennis player Alex Kobelt won two more matches Saturday to move into the quarterfinals of the prestigious Milwaukee Tennis Classic.

Kobelt, a graduate transfer from Ohio State who is ranked 113th in the nation and seeded 10th at this event, had little trouble in downing Navy's Derrick Thompson, 6-2, 6-2, and then returned later in the day to sweep third-seeded Andrea Bolla of Arizona State, 6-3, 6-4, in the Round of 16.

Sunday's opponent at the Western Racquet Club will be fifth-seeded and 121st-ranked Paul Barretto of Cal.
