BOISE, Idaho (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV women's tennis team completed an unbeaten trip to the Gem State with a 4-0 neutral-site victory over Utah State Saturday at Boise State's Appleton Tennis Center.
 
Coupled with Friday's win over the host Broncos, the Rebels improved to 7-5 overall and 3-1 in the Mountain West while the Aggies fell to 6-8 and 1-3.
 
UNLV opened the afternoon by taking the doubles point with two of three victories.
 
In singles play, the Rebels got straight-set wins from the top of half of the lineup to clinch it while the remaining trio of matches all were halted in the third set.  
 
REBEL OF THE MATCH: En-Pei Huang teamed with Izumi Asano for a 6-3 victory at No. 1 doubles to run the pair's record to 10-1 this spring. Huang then doubled up Zara Ryan, 6-3, 6-3, to record another team point from the second court, improving to 9-2 in singles along the way.
 
QUOTABLE: "Utah State is a solid team and very well coached. This was a highly contested match so to come away with a 4-0 victory is impressive."

NEXT FOR THE REBELS: UNLV heads to San Diego next weekend for a pair of neutral-site conference matches, starting with Air Force on Saturday at noon.
