LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – UNLV women's soccer continued its winning ways Thursday afternoon with a 3-0 shutout win over California Baptist at Johann Memorial Field. With the victory over the Lancers (1-3), the Rebels (4-1) secured their first four-game win streak since 2018.

Junior Lourdes Bosch got things rolling for the Rebels in the 20th minute as she gained possession and delivered a rolling pass into the box that Nailah Harpring reached and knocked in for the squad's first goal. In the 57th minute, Bosch struck again with her second assist of the day on a pass from just past the midfield line toward the left attacking side to her junior counterpart Alysa Caso, who sent in the second Scarlet and Gray goal.

Freshman Kennedi Schmidt added UNLV's final score in the 77th minute after she gained control of the ball inside CBU's box and found the upper left corner of the net for her first career goal.

Sophomore Charlotte Brisley claimed her fourth victory in goal for UNLV, finishing the day with three saves. Sophomore Taylor Book spelled Brisley in the final 12:18 of the contest and recorded her own pair of stops to give the Rebels' goalkeeper duo and defensive side their second shutout of the season.

The Rebels will now travel to Phoenix to take on Grand Canyon on Sunday at noon.
