Rebels Run Back To Golden State This Week

LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV track & field team will continue their 2022 outdoor campaign with three meets over the week in the Golden State, Bryan Clay Invitational April 13-15, Mt. Sac Relays April 15-16 and Long Beach Invitational April 15-16.

The Bryan Clay Invitational will take place on the campus of Azusa Pacific at the Cougar Athletics Stadium in Azusa, California, Mt. SAC Relays will take place on the campus of Mt. San Antonio College at the Hilmer Lodge Stadium in Walnut, California and Long Beach Invitational will be hosted at Long Beach State at the Jack Rose Track in Long Beach, California.

LAST TIME OUT: The Rebels secured nine personal bests at the Triton Invitational April 8-9.

MOUNTAIN WEST LEADERS: Emma Wahlenmaier ranks fourth in the 800m (2:07.66) and 15th in the MW for the 400m (56.62). Elisa Rovere sits 13th in the 800m (2:12.52). Alia Scott ranks fifth in the 400m hurdles (1:00.97), LaKyla Yazzie sits 18th in the 3000m steeplechase (11:35.56), Erin Thompson sits 12th in the high jump (1.62m, 5'3"), Aaliyah Graves ranks 18th in triple jump (11.08m, 36' 4.75) and Cassidy Osborne-Butler ranks ninth in the MW for the hammer throw (54.89m, 180'1").
