Rebels Wrap Up 2022 MW Outdoor Championships

CLOVIS, Calif. (UNLVRebels.com) – The Rebels wrapped up the final day of the 2022 Mountain West Outdoor Championships, Saturday night at the Veteran's Memorial Stadium.

Senior Aaliyah Graves kicked the day off the final day for the Scarlet & Gray with a mark of 11.32m (37' 1.75") in the triple jump. Freshman Erin Thompson recorded a 1.63m (5' 4.25") in the women's high jump.

Senior mid-distance standout, Emma Wahlenmaier, came in hot for the women's 800m run finals, dropping more than three seconds from her prelims time and finishing eighth with a 2:11.26.

Senior hurdler Alia Scott recorded a 1:01.95 in the women's 400m hurdles final event, placing eighth overall.

Freshman Natalia Ruiz Lara led the Rebels in the 5000m run with a personal best time of 16:53.21. Sophomore Morgan Aittama also recorded a personal best in the 5000m with a 21:10.17.
