TULSA, Okla. (UNLVRebels.com) – UNLV's Anton Ornberg lost a three-setter during the second round of prequalifying at this weekend's ITA All-American Championships hosted by the University of Tulsa.

Ornberg rallied to win his first match of the event, 2-6, 7-6, 6-4, over Cal's Tim Stepanov but then fell late Saturday night to UC Irvine's Noah Zamora, 6-4, 6-7, 6-0.

His stay at the All-American is not over, however, because he and partner Jackson Atherton will start doubles qualifying on Monday by taking on Rafael Marques Da Silva and Thando Longwe-Smit of Liberty in the Round of 64.
