LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – UNLV rookie Marko Maksimovic has been named the Mountain West Men's Tennis Freshman of the Week for the fourth time, the league announced Wednesday.
 
Maksimovic won both of his matches played last week in the team's 4-0 victory over visiting Gonzaga.
 
The native of Belgrade, Serbia, combined with Illia Maksymchuk for a 7-6 win at the No. 2 doubles position and then won his singles match in straight sets at the second spot in the lineup.  
 
The four freshman nods from the league is a program record for one season.
 
The 61st-ranked Rebels (10-4) next head back into MW play by visiting Utah State on Friday starting with doubles at 2 p.m.
