LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV men's tennis team earned its highest final ranking in 15 years as the Rebels came in at No. 74 in this week's Division I ITA Rankings.
The Rebels, under third-year head coach Andy Jackson, posted a 14-8 overall mark in duals this season, including 10-1 at home.
It's the highest end-of-year standing by the program since UNLV was ranked No. 60 in May 2011.
Individually, Rebel All-American
Ilia Snitari finished ranked 78th in the ITA Singles Rankings after compiling a 28-3 mark as a sophomore. It marked the highest individual season-ending ranking by a Rebel since Mehdi Bouras finished 67 in 2011.
