LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV women's golf team will head back to San Marcos, Texas, for the second straight year to participate in the Jim West Challenge, which is being hosted by Texas State at Kissing Tree Golf Club (Par 72, 6,010 yards) from Sunday-Monday, Oct. 22-23.
Also playing this weekend, the Rebel trio consisting of seniors
Morgan Goldstein,
Madeleine Laux and
Gracie Olkowski will compete as individuals in The Clash at Boulder Creek in Boulder City, which is being hosted by Northern Arizona Sunday-Tuesday, Oct. 22-24, at the nearby Boulder Creek Golf Club (Par 72, 6,334 Yards).
JIM WEST CHALLENGE FIELD: Joining the Rebels among the Jim West Challenge's 13-team field are, Cal Poly, Houston, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, SMU, TCU, Texas State, Texas Tech, Tulane, UTSA and Washington State.
THE CLASH AT BOULDER CREEK FIELD: Along with UNLV's individuals, golfers from Northern Arizona, Boise State, CSU Bakersfield, Fresno State, Idaho, Illinois State, Long Beach State, Montana State, North Dakota, Northern Colorado, San Diego State, San Francisco, Seattle, Southern Utah, UC Irvine, UC Riverside, UTEP, UTRGV and Weber State are slated to compete.

SCHEDULES: The Rebels will play 36 holes on the first day of competition at the Texas State-hosted event, followed by Monday's 18 holes. Goldstein, Laux and Olkowski, meanwhile, are scheduled to play 18 holes each day at the NAU-hosted event.
