LAS VEGAS (UNLVrebels.com) – The UNLV women's track & field team announced its 2025 outdoor schedule on Monday afternoon. The Rebels will compete in nine outdoor events before reaching the NCAA championships, stretching from March to July.
The Scarlet & Gray will take flight just a week after the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships, competing in the Jim Bush Legends meet on Friday, March 21. That two-day meet hosted by UCLA will take place in Los Angeles.
The next weekend will put UNLV in two locations, competing in both the 97th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays and the Bobcat Invite & Multis meets. The former will begin first in Austin, Texas and stretch for four days beginning on Wednesday, March 26. The latter will start on the following day, taking place in San Marcos, Texas at Texas State.
The Rebels will play host to their second-straight UNLV Rebel Elite meet, competing on their home turf at Myron Partridge Stadium for the two-day competition on Friday, April 4 and Saturday, April 5. The meet will serve as the only home meet of the season for the Scarlet & Gray with more info to come in the near future.
UNLV will double up in meets during the week of April 13, first going to the Bryan Clay Invitational on Wednesday, April 16. That three-day event will be hosted by Azusa Pacific, and the team will also compete in Walnut, California at the Mt. SAC Relays. That event is set to start on Thursday, April 17 and will run through Saturday, April 19.
Two more meets will span across the next two weekends before the Rebels compete in postseason championship events, attending the Penn Relays on Saturday, April 24 and the Desert Heat Classic on Saturday, May 3. The Desert Heat Classic will be the second-straight season the program will run in Tucson, Arizona, at the meet hosted by Arizona.
The Rebels' championship season will start with the Mountain West Championships, kicking off on Thursday, May 15 in Fresno, California. The program will aim to return to the NCAA West Regional just a week later, competing in the three-day meet in College Station, Texas on Wednesday, May 28. With its sights set on the NCAA Championships, UNLV will look to join its peers in Eugene, Oregon, for the second-straight season from Wednesday, June 11 through Saturday, June 14. The Rebels will hope to qualify past the NCAA Championships with an invite to the USATF Outdoor Championships, stretching from Thursday, July 31 through Sunday, August 3.
