LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – UNLV Athletics saw 72 student-athletes honored on the Fall 2023 Academic All-Mountain West Team, the conference announced Thursday. This marks the third straight year the Rebels have had 70 or more honorees for the fall term.

Football charted a department-wide best with a program-record-tying 35 student-athletes recognized as three of the school's fall sports reached double figures. Women's soccer's 20 honorees, volleyball's 10 honorees and cross country's seven honorees rounded out the list.

Overall, 834 student-athletes were named to the Fall 2023 Academic All-MW Team.

To be eligible for selection to the Academic All-MW Team, student-athletes must have maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better, while competing in 50 percent of their team's completed contests.
