LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV women's basketball team kicks off the 2025-26 season hosting Washington State on Wednesday evening. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at The Pavilion.
ABOUT THE OPPONENT: UNLV and WSU will meet only for the second time ever. It has been over four decades since the Lady Rebels and Cougars have played each other. The Scarlet & Gray won the only meeting back in 1983. The Cougars opened the 2025-26 season on Monday against Idaho and fell 87-85.

TICKETS: Tickets are $6 when purchased in advance online at UNLVTickets.com. General admission tickets at the door are $10 ($8 for seniors, UNLV faculty/staff and alumni). UNLV students and Nevada high school students (presenting student ID) as well as all children 12 and under enter free.
PROMOTIONS: Fans are encouraged to arrive early to The Pavilion for a pregame championship celebration revealing the 2025 four-peat Mountain West regular season champion rings. Additionally, fans in attendance will receive a Lady Rebels player poster and a full 2025-26 Lady Rebels schedule poster.

4X MOUNTAIN WEST REGULAR SEASON CHAMPS: The Lady Rebels continued to rise last season becoming the first Mountain West team since 2017 to collect four straight regular season titles. UNLV made a trip to the Women's Basketball Invitational Tournament (WBIT) and collected the first postseason victory in over two decades. The Scarlet & Gray claimed the league's Coach of the Year in
Lindy La Rocque and Freshman and Sixth Player of the Year for the second straight year with
Meadow Roland.
