LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – After a successful fall slate that included a trio of top-2 finishes, the UNLV women's golf team opens its spring in San Diego at the San Diego State Classic being held at the Heights Golf Club from Monday-Tuesday (Par 72, 6,376 yards/6,356 yards).
THE FIELD: In a 12-team field, the Rebels tee off against the host Aztecs, No. 1 Stanford, BYU, Colorado, Denver, Fresno State, Georgia, New Mexico, Oregon State, Western Michigan and Wisconsin.
UNLV LINEUP: Representing the Scarlet & Gray will be seniors
Toa Yokoyama,
Mayumi Umezu,
McKenzi Hall and
Hina Matsui joined by sophomore
Zi Yu Foong.
SCHEDULE: Three 18-hole rounds will be played, including 36 holes on Monday and the final 18 holes on Tuesday. Each day begins at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start.

NOTES:
- The Rebels have started the 2024-25 campaign with top-2 finishes in three of four tournaments played, including a Ron Moore Intercollegiate victory.
- The win was the Rebels' first victory since winning the 2021-22 campaign when they came away with The Clash at Boulder Creek trophy at even-par 864.
- UNLV has recorded 12 team victories under head coach Amy Bush-Herzer, who is in her 14th season at the helm of the Rebel women's golf program.
