Meadow Roland and
Shelbee Brown have been recognized on the Mountain West All-MW postseason awards list, the league office announced Saturday.

Shelbee Brown collected All-MW honorable mention and an All-Defensive team nod.
Roland, a Fresno, California native, had another dominant season leading the Lady Rebels in points per game 16.1 and was also third in the league. She played and started in 19 out of 20 league games. The 6-foot-2 forward was the second-leading rebounder in the MW and for the Scarlet & Gray, bringing down 9.53 boards per game. She picked up 7.58 defensive rebounds per game which ranked second in the MW and 1.95 offensive boards per game, good for a top-10 spot on the leader board. Roland was a force to be reckoned with in the paint as she led UNLV in blocked shots with 1.58 per game (30 total), which ranked second in the conference. She logged nine double-doubles during league play which included a career-high 30 points and brought down 12 boards against Wyoming. Her nine double-doubles were a league-high. Roland averaged 33.1 minutes played which is tied for the team-lead and ranked ninth in the MW. She collected four MW Player of the Week nods including two in league play, with her most recent accolade on Feb. 16 after averaging a double-double of 28.5 points and 13.5 rebounds.
Brown, a Memphis, Tennessee native, had a phenomenal final campaign leading the league and Lady Rebels in rebounds with 10.5 per game. Brown brought down a league-leading 7.8 defensive boards (156 total) and ranked third in offensive boards with 2.70 per game (54 total). She additionally led UNLV and the MW in field goal percentage shooting 55.8% (101-of-181). To tack onto Brown's dominant play in the paint, she averaged 13.1 points per game, being the only player this season in conference play to average a double-double in points and rebounds. She tallied eight double-doubles against MW opponents including a 21 point and 21 rebound outing against Utah State. She picked up four MW Player of the Week honors including the final one after another double-double game of a season-high 22 points and brought down 16 boards against Fresno State.
