LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – For the 11th straight year, the UNLV women's golf team will launch its fall season in Albuquerque, New Mexico, at UNM's Branch Law Firm/Dick McGuire Invitational. The tournament is being held at the UNM Championship Course (Par 72, 6,354 yards) Monday-Tuesday, Sept. 14-15.
This year, the Rebels' season-opening lineup features four returners, including senior
Zi Yu Foong, junior
Amber Chen along with sophomores
Lana Yamagata and
Demi Du. Making their debuts with the Rebels are freshmen
Kuree Little and
Addison Hines.
THE FIELD: The 13-team field playing alongside UNLV and the host Lobos are CSUN, Cal State Fullerton, Fresno State, Montana State, Northern Arizona, Pepperdine, Sacramento State, Texas A&M - Corpus Christi, UC Irvine, UNR and UTEP.
UNLV LINEUP: Foong, Chen, Little, Yamagata and Du will play first through fifth, respectively. Hines will be competing as an individual.
