LAS VEGAS, NV - The Rebels were defeated by Kentucky, 1-0 Friday night.
The loss to the Wildcats ends the Rebels unbeaten streak at home. The Rebels record at home is now 4-1. The Rebels are now 5-4-1 on the season.
After a scoreless first half, the Wildcats tallied in the 74th minute on a goal by Keri Boyce for the games only score. Boyce scored the goal in traffic from the right side of the goal. The Wildcats shut down the Rebels offensively limiting them to only four shots during the game.
The Rebels will begin conference play next weekend. They will play Wyoming on Oct. 8 and Air Force on Oct. 10.
