SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - McKelle Stilson had 11 kills and Alisa Geddes added 10 as Utah defeated UNLV 15-10, 15-6, 15-11, in a Mountain West Conference volleyball match at Crimson Court Saturday.

Utah (13-4, 4-0 MWC) was assisted in the win by Lucie Turkova's match-high 12 digs. Graciella Torres-Lopez led all players with 38 assists.

Danielle Gerlach led UNLV (8-6, 0-3 MWC) with 11 kills and 8 digs. Angie Sylvas also turned in 8 digs, while Robyn Shea recorded 22 assists.

Utah out-hit UNLV .191 to .109 for the match, recorded 46 kills to the Rebels' 38 and had 48 digs to UNLV's 37.

UNLV will be at home for its next contest, which is on Friday, Oct. 15 vs. Wyoming. The Mountain West Conference match will begin at 7:00 p.m. at Lied Gymnasium.
